Simon  joined Derek at The Sixteen String Jack in 2009 and has provided an outstanding contribution to the success of the restaurant. Their passion, creativity and enthusiasm for culinary adventure is apparent, not surprisingly as they have a combined 50 years experience in the catering industry.

Simon is 100 percent hands-on, always reliable and innovative, specialising in main courses, his creations are an absolute delight. Combined with Derek’s expertise in mouth watering starters and deserts you would truly enjoy, the pair really show true dedication and creative flair in the kitchen.
